I have been aware of EMDR and the work the Association does for some time, knowing the Treasurer well. I admire the work of the Association, its Trustees and members, and was pleased to be given the opportunity to take on the role of the Accreditation Admin Assistant, over 3 years ago. I enjoy working with the applicants and supporting them to hand in complete and accurate applications ready for the committee. The personal interaction with individuals (although through emails) is a welcome contrast to my full-time job within the civil service.
What is your favourite place on the planet?
Throughout my Childhood and as a parent myself, I have spent many holidays in St Ives, Cornwall. The beautiful beaches, delicious fresh seafood and the time I have spent with my family make this a special place for me. There's nothing better than sitting with a glass of something sparkling, looking out to sea, listening to the waves crash and watching the sun go down - heaven! ...and the surf's good too!
