Kelly Ryan

I’m the Operations Manager at the EMDR Association, and the newest member of the team, having joined in April 2024. I collaborate with the Association’s team members, trustees and suppliers to deliver excellent outcomes across a range of areas, from digital transformation projects, through to governance and finance.

I’ve previously held leadership roles at the Modern Slavery and Human Rights Policy and Evidence Centre, the Alan Turing Institute and the University of Oxford.

Alongside my work for the EMDR Association, I volunteer as a Trustee for the Humane Research Trust, as well as at my local Buddhist centre. I also work with a range of other purpose-led organisations as a freelance consultant.
