I handle any press enquiries that come through to the EMDR Association, putting journalists in touch with therapists and also with case studies – a wide range of people who have benefited from EMDR and are passionate about sharing their stories. I’m really interested in mental health and at the EMDR Association I’ve met many inspirational people: both brilliant therapists, and extremely brave individuals who have returned from the brink of despair and regained their lives after having EMDR therapy.
What is your favourite place on the planet?
Umbria in Italy, for the mountains, the culture, the people and of course the food!
