Dean Whybrow

Hello, my name is Dr Dean Whybrow. I am a mental health nurse, EMDR Europe accredited practitioner, BABCP accredited cognitive behavioural therapist, and university lecturer. I have a PhD in Organisational Health and Wellbeing. My research is focused on workforce, well-being and mental health practice. Before becoming a university lecturer, I served a full career in the Royal Navy, where I performed a wide range of roles in an occupationally focused mental health service.
What is your favourite place on the planet?
I have lived, served, and travelled all over the world, sometimes when I wanted to and sometimes when I was less keen. I have learnt that my favourite place on earth is where my family are, right now that is West Wales.
