EMDR Association UK is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional and ethical practice. Here you’ll find information on our approach to handling complaints, and the sanctions process, which ensures fairness, transparency, and accountability in line with our members’ Code of Conduct and with professional standards. We outline how concerns can be raised about members or their practice, and how we manage these in a consistent and proportionate way to safeguard the integrity of EMDR therapy and public trust.

Make a complaint

If you would like to make a complaint about a therapist who is member of EMDR Association UK you can do so by emailing info@emdrassociation.org.uk. Please include the word ‘Complaint’ in the subject line so we can quickly identify your correspondence.
