Email Scam: Notice to Members

If you are contacted by any third party regarding the sale of EMDR Association UK email distribution lists, please be assured that they are not acting on our behalf. They do not represent EMDR Association UK.

EMDR Association UK has not and will not resell member data, and we ask that you do not engage with any organisation claiming to sell EMDR Association UK member data. This is a scam and they are not affiliated with us in any way. 

Given the nature of the scam, we are unable to control or stop the emails they are sending so it is up to you as an individual to remain vigilant and take action to protect yourself. If you are contacted by such a third party, we recommend that you block the sender or domain. We hope that this action, when taken collectively, may help prevent these emails from reaching further inboxes. 

You can also help block these entities by reporting them as phishing or spam from your inbox.

We appreciate members taking the time to notify us of their concerns regarding the sale of member information via email. We take matters relating to member data and privacy very seriously.
