New Online Practitioner Accreditation Forms Now Live!

We are delighted to announce that the first phase of our new online accreditation application system is now live. After extensive development, testing and preparation, you can now submit your EMDR Practitioner Accreditations (Standard, and Child & Adolescent) entirely online via your membership dashboard on Coalesce. No PDF forms, and no email attachments required!
What’s changed?
This new system replaces our previous PDF application process for Practitioner applications with streamlined online forms, designed to be clear, accessible and easy to complete at your own pace.
If you have already started an application using the existing PDF forms you are welcome to continue using those, however you may find it a smoother experience to manually copy your application information over to the new forms within Coalesce.
How to apply
Simply login to your membership dashboard on Coalesce, and click ‘Accreditation’ on the left-hand menu. There you will see Accreditations already assigned to you, as well as those you are able to apply for.
Step by step guidance can be found within the forms. Once you’ve started your application, when you click on the circle icon with a ‘?’ inside it on each page, a guidance window will appear on the left. We are of course still available to answer any questions not covered by the online guidance.
Supervisor reviews
All supervisor reviews are now built into the system. Once you have completed and paid for your application using one of the online payment options, the application will be automatically sent to your supervisor(s) and they will be asked to submit their reviews on Coalesce.
If your supervisor(s) cannot be found on the form please email accreditationadmin@emdrassociation.org.uk who will be able to investigate this for you.
Once all supervisor reviews have been completed you will then need to head back to your application and submit the full application, with reviews, to EMDR Association UK, at the click of a button!
What to expect after you submit
Your application will be reviewed at the next scheduled Accreditation Committee meeting. Please visit the Accreditation information page for the submission cut off dates, and the Committee meeting dates.
Have an existing accreditation?
Please check that the new information on the dashboard is correct. You can find it underneath the blue CPD box on the main dashboard page, or via the Accreditation link on the left-hand menu. If it’s not correct, please send over your most recent certificate to membership@emdrassociation.org.uk and the team will be able to make the amendment for you.
